Process Serving

All document requests must be submitted before 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

The request will be processed and you will receive confirmation of delivery date and approximate time via email.


We try our hardest to complete all services by end of day the following day Monday through Friday, on the first attempt, however multiple attempts may be needed which may have to be completed another day. We will contact you if first attempt is unsuccessful and confirm whether you would like us to attempt again.

If you require document pickup, please select the “Pickup Documents” checkbox in the form below and state address and available time range for pickup in the “Pickup Details” section.

Pickup of documents is free, however distance will still be charged from Owen Sound, Ontario to destination of service.


Prices:

  1. Plaintiff’s Claims: $100.00/per document

  2. Defence: $75.00/per document

  3. LTB notices: $75.00/per document

  4. Court filing: $75.00/per document

    (court filing fees not included, court filing fees will be included on invoice)

  5. Other: $75.00/per document

  6. Distance: $0.50/per km starting from Owen Sound, ON to destination.

  7. Rush Delivery: $40.00/per rushed document
