Miske Paralegal Services is a Paralegal firm in the Owen Sound, Meaford , Thornbury, and Collingwood area. We provide legal services to the public in Landlord/Tenant matters, Small Claims matters and Process Serving.
The Paralegal at Miske Paralegal Services is fully licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
At Miske Paralegal Services our fees are charged at an hourly rate. There will be no surprise amounts on your invoice, all amounts will be discussed before starting so you can have comfort from the beginning.
Each file is divided into phases. Each phase describes the work that we will be provided for you and the cost for providing such work. After each phase is complete, you will be invoiced for the services provided.
After payment is received, and confirmation from you to move forward, we will proceed to the next phase if necessary.
Additionally, we offer appointments and services on evenings and weekends to accommodate as many people as we can no matter your schedule.
